陶氏化学董事长兼CEO利伟诚日前表示，由于估值偏低，公司计划取消先前宣布的剥离旗下塑料

　　据悉，陶氏化学是在今年3月份首次宣布将出售塑料添加剂业务。这是公司2014年中期之前剥离价值高达15亿美元业务计划的一部分。利伟诚表示，塑料添加剂业务是高附加值业务，但是当前却被市场的买星空体育家低估，因此，公司决定取消该交易。

　　塑料添加剂业务是陶氏化学性能材料部门的一部分。该部门2012年实现销售收入136亿美元，下降6.8%；实现息税折旧摊销前利润10亿美元，下挫41.2%。
